4. Service Description
Cracktraders provides AI-based trading analysis including:
- Chart analysis
- BUY/SELL signals
- Take Profit / Stop Loss suggestions

5. Credits & Payments
5.1 Credits
- Each analysis uses credits (currently 14 per analysis)
- Credits are non-refundable
- Credits may change pricing anytime
5.2 Payments
Payments are handled by third-party providers. You agree to:
- Provide valid payment details
- Authorize charges
5.3 Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in:
- Technical failure
- Duplicate payments
- Unauthorized transactions

6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the system
- Upload malicious content
- Use bots/scrapers
- Share accounts
- Resell services
- Abuse credits
Violation may lead to account termination.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Platform
All content (AI models, UI, software) belongs to Cracktraders.
7.2 User Content
You retain ownership of your uploaded charts. You grant us permission to:
- Process images
- Improve AI (anonymized data only)
8. Risk Disclaimer (VERY IMPORTANT)
Trading is high risk.
We are NOT responsible for:
- Loss of money
- Bad trades
- Market volatility
You must:
- Do your own research
- Use risk management
- Consult professionals
9. No Guarantee
We do NOT guarantee:
- Accuracy
- Profit
- Signal success
AI may be wrong.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are NOT liable for:
- Financial loss
- Indirect damages
- Data loss
Maximum liability = amount paid in last 12 months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to protect us from claims arising from:
- Your usage
- Your trading decisions
- Violation of laws
12. Termination
We may suspend your account if:
- Terms violated
- Fraud detected
Unused credits will NOT be refunded.
